Workout of the Day (WOD)
Classes will be varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. These workouts will design with progression and development in mind. The WOD will be designed by your Elite CrossFit coach.

This email made my day!!!

And actually after last night's class I wanted to email you. Last night I went to the class at the box from 6-7. The instructor was Tim and it was a fantastic class. I have also been going to Greg's classes (who is also an awesome instructor). I feel so excited to be a part of cross-fit. Certainly there is a huge learning curve right now and I know that I am still very weak but with each class I feel myself improving.

I want to thank you for running such an excellent program...the high-caliber people who are part of your coaching staff have helped me so much!

And thanks again for adding teachers to your discount groups!!!
