Workout of the Day (WOD)
Classes will be varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. These workouts will design with progression and development in mind. The WOD will be designed by your Elite CrossFit coach.

WOD
A spin on WOD 1 from this year's South Central Sectionals.

1 mile run
Deadlift max reps (275/185)
Once you complete 1 mile run, you have 10s to get to your bar and begin deadlifts.
You will recieve 5s per rep, which will be subtracted from your 1 mile time for your total score time.
