Workout of the Day (WOD)
Classes will be varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. These workouts will design with progression and development in mind. The WOD will be designed by your Elite CrossFit coach.

another great team wod!
in teams of four, each athlete must complete an 800m run. So, the team completes 2 miles. While that athlete is completing 800m, the other three athletes complete as many reps as they can of push press(95/65). Two parts to the team score; total time for 2 mile run and total reps of push press. The total reps will count as 1 second and be subtracted from the 2 mile time. For example, a 16:00 2 mile, 240 reps(240s or 4:00) will result in a score of 12:00.
