Workout of the Day (WOD)
Classes will be varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. These workouts will design with progression and development in mind. The WOD will be designed by your Elite CrossFit coach.

New classes, class times and new members coming to Elite.
As of December 15, we will no longer be taking new members for our classes at UIW. We will only be accepting new members at our Redland Rd location.

A. 10 rounds rest 1 min between rounds 5 lateral hops then 20yd sprint
B. Dead lift 5-5-5 rest 2 min
C. L sit holds 3xmax
