Workout of the Day (WOD)
Classes will be varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. These workouts will design with progression and development in mind. The WOD will be designed by your Elite CrossFit coach.

Busy day this Saturday. We will be hosting the Big Dawg Challenge that will begin at 730am and complete at noon. We will also be hosting an Airrosti Clinic from 1000am-1100am. And of course, we will have out Free Intro Class at 1000am. So please tell your friends to come check out all the wild activities going on at da box.
