Workout of the Day (WOD)
Classes will be varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. These workouts will design with progression and development in mind. The WOD will be designed by your Elite CrossFit coach.

20 min amrap:
5 games style push ups
10 squats
15 sit ups
every three times through the cycle, complete 3 reps of deadlift at 75% of your 1RM
For those at UIW, pair up in 2-3 athletes per bar.

there will be no coach at UIW at 5pm. There will be class at Redland Rd at 6pm for those of you interested.

There will be no Intro class at Redland Rd at 10am Saturday. It will resume next Saturday
