Workout of the Day (WOD)
Classes will be varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. These workouts will design with progression and development in mind. The WOD will be designed by your Elite CrossFit coach.

Thanks and great job to all of you that participated and volunteered at the Fight Gone Band V Fundraiser. Greg was a huge asset and I'm sure Zach's grilling was easily the best food there. We have some stud athletes who need to start preparing to crush regionals this Spring. Chely, Corey, Jeff and James!! The results can be found HERE and plenty of pictures HERE for you to enjoy. We raised a lot collectively for a great cause. For those of you not pleased with your results, keep it in perspective, you're very lucky to be able to perform how well you do. Be proud of yourselves.
