Scaling is an important lesson to be learned the right way. Are you finishing the wods? Is the weight too heavy? Are you completing full range of motion? Do you look like an idiot? Well then, SCALE! Please read this article about the safety and efficacy of smart scaling. Trust me, you can get more power output by being thoughtful when determining the amount of weight used, reps completed and time taken to complete a wod. I applaud those who want to try to do the Rx'd wods but it's not always wise to be tough.
