Workout of the Day (WOD)
Classes will be varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. These workouts will design with progression and development in mind. The WOD will be designed by your Elite CrossFit coach.

HERE is my take on eating! Read and learn. Learn and apply. Apply and success. More to come on another nutrition challenge. This one will be 60 days and we will use Beyond the Whiteboard to track and report our data. Also stayed tuned for more on vitamins, antioxidants, Omegas and performance enhancing supplements!!!

  1. This stuff on nutrition is absolutely amazing. I've been following the zone diet for about 6 months and have gone from 16%+ body fat to about 10%!!! Diet IS more important than the workout. If you want to help us change our country and health for our kids we all need to learn this stuff!!
