Workout of the Day (WOD)
Classes will be varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. These workouts will design with progression and development in mind. The WOD will be designed by your Elite CrossFit coach.

Athlete Spotlight: Katy Stephens is celebrating her 1 year as an athlete with Elite. In that time she has lost 73lbs, 10 dress sizes and has been a load of fun to be around! Great job Katy!!!

PS: Happy Birthday to Don Cortez! Beast can run a 5:28 mile and deadlift 355lbs!!!
