Workout of the Day (WOD)
Classes will be varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. These workouts will design with progression and development in mind. The WOD will be designed by your Elite CrossFit coach.

10 rounds of:
on the 2 minute mark complete the following:
10 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
100 m Sprint

Rest the remainder until the next 2 minute mark
This is not a timed workout.

  1. uhhh...DNFed this workout. still finished though, one round behind the fellas. hung in there strong, still proud of myself.
