Workout of the Day (WOD)
Classes will be varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. These workouts will design with progression and development in mind. The WOD will be designed by your Elite CrossFit coach.

“Angie”
For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
Must perform all 100 off pull-ups before moving to pushups, all 100 pushups before squats, etc
newbies should do 1/4 to 1/2 of Angie

    i combined the past 2 wods and created "the angie 800" which i did today at the track
    800m run
    100 pushups
    800m run
    100 situps
    800m run
    100 squats

    not one of my finer moments...but did pretty well!
