Workout of the Day (WOD)
Classes will be varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. These workouts will design with progression and development in mind. The WOD will be designed by your Elite CrossFit coach.

Are you giving as much effort as possible to improve your performance and reach your goals? Are you maximizing that effort? Answer these few questions to really see!
1. Are you getting 6-8 hours of sleep per night?
2. Are you drinking your bodyweight in ounces of water?
3. Are you eating enough GOOD calories? Paleo/Zone? Read Robb Wolf's new book, Paleo Solutions!
4. Are you stretching AKA mobilizing in your free time? 5-10 a dayis all it takes!!
5. Are you taking a multivitamin and Omega's?

Take the time outside of the WODs to recovery and get ready for the next one. You should NOT be coming to the box or UIW a wreck if you handle your business at home.
