Classes will be varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. These workouts will design with progression and development in mind. The WOD will be designed by your Elite CrossFit coach.

I am asked quite often more and more about nutrition AND supplements. Of course we send out pdf's and talk in bits about, BUT we cannot asnwer every question every class. So, we will be having a supplement seminar to explain how they work and how they can help you! I will be emailing you all more info and registration requirements!
We are also developing a syllabus for a 6-week CLASS on Nutrition. It will be one and a half hours long on Sautrdays for 6 weeks. Keep an eye out for registration details!!
