Workout of the Day (WOD)
Classes will be varied if not random functional movements done at high intensity. The WODs are scaled and modified to each athlete's level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique. These workouts will design with progression and development in mind. The WOD will be designed by your Elite CrossFit coach.

I just wanted to take a few minutes and tell you how much we (Ana and I) appreciate what you have done for us. As I was reading the paper recently, I came across an article about a local exercise facility and the group of not-so-young people that attended class there. They said the reason they attended the facility was not only the workout but the atmosphere and friendships they developed. This reminded me of the experiences I have with “Elite Crossfit”. I have work out in some capacity or another all my life and have not experience anything close to what you offer. I think crossfit is an awesome philosophy but what makes “Elite Crossfit” great, is You. Please keep doing what you do and we will be Elite Crossfitters as long as we are able (hopefully many years).
