Push Press Medley
Sounds nice and harmonic...right??!! :) Grab a set of dumbbells that are relatively heavy for you. Push press dumbbells, CONTINUOUSLY, as many times as you can. Once you break continuity or can't lock out overhead, you're done. Record that # and rest 3 minutes. Grab another set of dumbbells slightly lighter than your first round, and repeat until failure. Rest another 3 minutes. Weight goes down again and you push press continuously until fatigue one more time.

Total: 3 rounds, rest 3 minutes between each, weight decreases each round

Wash the push press medley down with some TABATA SQUATS!! 20 sec of work, 10 sec of rest for 8 rounds.

nice wod Bud:)

Level I Certification was a blast. Congrats to all that participated including our own group. We are very proud of Dennis, Emily, James and Jeff!
